Arkon VistaManager 3 Beta 2by ~DeathShot39

After several releases by both ric novil and myself over at JCXP.net, I've decided to release Vista Manager out to the public over here too.

Features:
-Main five buttons feature larger text than Vista's, useful for visually impaired.
-Fully functional Ease of Access window.
-Fully functional shutdown options menu.
-A hidden Exit button in case of resolution conflicts. Located in the top-left corner.
-ESC closes application.

Known problems:
-Shutdown options menu closes upon the mouse leaving it.
-800x600 resolution not supported.
-Missing background image. I know. I'm looking for a good one.

INSTALL IN SAFE MODE OR ELSE IT WON'T WORK.

UPDATE: 08 Aug 18 - Updated preview image, changed to 'Arkon VistaManager' from 'Vista Manager'.
